一周跑5天共50km,持續1個月後能夠跑完全馬嗎

可以呀,只是可能比半馬受的傷還要重,需要休息更久。

如果之前訓練量相對目前少很多,一下拉到一週 5天 50KM, 其實你要關心的是,一個月以後還能跑嗎?
如果每週保持 10% 左右的增量,慢慢拉到一週 5天 50KM, 持續一個月以後,應該是可以無傷完成全馬。(不過會走很大就是了)

對於初馬來說,可能每週加入一場遠距離練習會比五天五十公里還重要(LSD, Long, Slow, Distance)。
試著跑三天三十公里,然後休息一天後用比較慢的速度跑長距離,每週由 20km 慢慢拉到 24km, 28km, 30km. 然後最後一週大幅降低訓練量準備迎接初馬的挑戰。
