標題[問題] 所謂假日担当

我公司是週休2日屬於售後服務維修性質 以前公司規模小 週六日叫修電話都會打到主管那去再由他派工或拖到週一 現在有多錄取到2人了 主管提出 以後要有個假日担当 負責週六日的分配 其實公司加班也都有加班費 担当也不一定要出工只須分配 目前還沒實行也算未知數 只是多了這個所謂的担当要輪流也算增加了一些責任 說穿了也只是主管把他的責任分了些出來(主管上有老闆) 所以我想問版友 週6日多了這個"責任" 有必要向老闆提出 一些補貼之類的嗎 之後一定會開會正式宣布這項措施 有必要提出些什麼嗎? 怎麼說才好? 老實講我會上來PTT問當然是有些不平衡囉 公司人少 以往經歷其實要溝通不難XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.56.54
