瀝青價差達8成　新北議員質疑有弊端

【李定宇／新北報導】新北市議員針對道路發包工程價格進行調查，發現今年度鋪設瀝青的價格相當混亂，每平方公尺單價從169元到495元都有，相同規格的材質價格也有落差達80%，懷疑有弊端存在。市議員張宏陸批評，除瀝青價格混亂外，反光標線價差也達到3倍，質疑發包過程有弊端，要求政風單位介入調查。
 
新北市採購處長胡培中表示，之前採購尚未統一時，地方工程是由各區公所獨自發包，會因投標廠商不同而造成價格上的落差，或因工程規模大、多家競標等因素使單價拉低，使部分價格與原價相較下顯得較為便宜。針對議員質疑有弊端存在將深入調查。
