將檔案轉成 PDF 格式的軟體還真不少，「Doro PDF Writer」是其中一套我認為相當易於使用的。內建中文的介面，而且轉出來的中文字不會有亂碼的問題，還支援 128 bits 的加密，安裝檔案也蠻小的，如果你在尋找將文件轉成 PDF 的軟體，可以試試這套免費軟體，或許是你的選擇之一。

首先，先下載此一軟體，並且安裝此程式，安裝時可以選擇繁體中文語系來安裝，而以下是它的安裝介面，全中文語系，揪甘心的啦！


Step 2.
要將檔案轉成 PDF 格式的方式很簡單，只要使用「列印」的功能，並且選擇「Doro PDF Writer」，就可以將檔案「以列印的方式」轉成 PDF 格式。。

Step 3.
這軟體也支援「加密」的功能滿，你可以將輸出的PDF文件加密，防止別人列印、複製、貼上等動作。。
