【陳如嬌／台北報導】遠通電收出包連連，最近還被用路人發現eTag有離奇感應狀況，明明車子已開下國道，在市區平面道路還會被隔空扣款；遠通電收強調是個案、已調校天線。

近日有民眾在網路貼文，指他走國一北上，從圓山附近下交流道，沿北市濱江街往塔悠路方向走，明明是在市區平面道路，卻被上方的高架道路門架感應扣款6.1元，批評遠通電收亂槍打鳥。

《蘋果》未聯繫上該網友，但遠通電收受訪時坦言，的確發現零星的異常感應個案，eTag天線的有效通訊距離約7米，濱江街上方的高架門架靠路肩的天線與平面道路高度差約15米，理論上不會感應扣款，已立即進行天線調校並加入檢核機制，對消費者被誤扣款項也將「加倍奉還」。高公局表示，已要求遠通電收全面檢討，確保不再發生。
