標題[請問] 大家是怎麼把痰弄出來的

一般把痰弄出來比較常見的方式有 1.咳嗽 2.用鼻子吸 (有時會伴隨很像豬叫聲那種 鼻子裡面似乎會有點震動) 可是我的方法都不是以上兩者 我是用舌頭頂著上顎 這個動作很重要 算是用舌頭 把內部(喉嚨到舌頭)跟外部(舌頭到外面 包含部分口腔) 隔開 舌頭跟上顎一定要貼得很緊密 接著是一種難以言喻的方式 好像是要把喉嚨的空氣吸出來 接著痰就會自動出來了 有時候除了痰 也會有一些奇妙的東西會出現就是 其實我一直很好奇 有沒有人跟我是用一樣的方式? 所以想問問大家都是怎麼處理痰的 聽起來可能有點噁 但麻煩大家幫我解惑 謝謝! -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.73.170.246
