濫用監聽 宋楚瑜透過立委表不滿

親民黨立委李桐豪23日指出，親民黨主席宋楚瑜今天打電話給他，要求他在立法院抗議，指政府濫用監聽，已影響到人民的權益，並且讓人難以忍受，再不檢討改善，將創造新的極權。

李桐豪在內政委員會表示，目前刑事局、調查局的監聽，1天有3萬通、隨時掛線10萬條線，但定罪率卻很低，表示這種監聽方式，根本是一種釣魚的手法。李鴻源說，監聽辦案是萬不得已的手段，但他一定會要求刑事局，依法依規定辦理。
