漁民爭取載客賞鴨　港務分公司：評估再議

【陳偉周／基隆報導】漁民盼駛娛樂漁船進港載客賞鴨，多次向港務分公司申請都碰壁，今天下午3時召開協商會議，基隆區漁會向漁會署、海巡署、航港局與基隆市政府提草案，各單位都表示樂觀其成，就等基隆港務分公司點頭。
 
基隆漁會的草案提出，船票價位350元，將派出12艘娛樂漁船，每天12小時輪流載客賞鴨每趟40分鐘，並替乘客投保責任、個人意外險共400萬，展期估可吸引20萬人次。航港局考量航行安全，建議以航班次載客，產發處則說要把關救生衣穿著，特別是兒童的尺寸，並確實掌握乘客名冊。
 
基隆港務分公司代表傅世鎰表示，並未授權草案實行，無法保證專案是否會通過，必須等基隆區漁會將修改後的營運計劃書，通過港務公司的審查才能有定案。
