以法治國？傳習近平拍板　將司法審理周永康

【大陸中心／綜合報導】中共政治局前常委周永康，疑因搞政變被雙規一事，又有新進展。明鏡新聞網通過5個不同管道交叉印證，中共總書記習近平，已決定將周永康作出司法處理，並即將正式對外公佈。

據北京消息來源透露，本月1日傍晚，中共政治局委員、中央辦公廳主任粟戰書，來到周永康在中南海的住處，親自宣佈其雙規的消息。早前傳出的版本是，周聽到消息後一時未能接受，癱倒在地。但其實，周當時並無多少反應，倒在地上原來是其妻賈曉燁，「突然身體一歪，倒在周的腳下，隨後被人扶起」。

消息還稱，目前中央警衞局的特別小組，正24小時全天候監視周永康夫婦的起居，為防止出現意外，從吃飯到上廁所，都要有人全程監視。

另外，接近中南海的人士指，中共對周永康的處理之所以遲遲未公佈，是因習近平希望最好由司法機關宣佈，以示「以法治國」。同時，習近平要求落實對周永康所涉罪行的起訴及審理工作。
