10家工廠偷排汙水　檢方兵分25路、200多人搜索

彰化地檢署偵辦大肚溪沿岸工廠偷排汙水案，檢方發現10家工廠涉嫌長期偷排汙水，汙染稻田，10日下午檢方指揮200多名警調人員，兵分25路進行搜索，並將傳喚相關人士約談。

檢察官在今年9月份發現有10家工廠，涉嫌自行偷設管道或利用雨水溝，將含有氰化物、總鉻、六價鉻、銅和鎳等有毒廢水，經彰化市的大竹排水溝、東西三圳排放到彰化市及和美鎮的稻田。

今天10多名檢察官指揮行政院環境保護署環境督察總隊中區環境督察大隊等200多人，兵分25路進行搜索，並且傳喚工廠業者到案說明。

檢方要調查，汙水排放的時間點，以及是否有公家機關涉嫌包庇，據報導，搜查行動持續到下午4時30分仍還在進行中。
