台中明天停止上班上課

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市政府宣佈，明天（二十一日）全市停止上班上課。
 
因天兔颱風來襲，「2013原聲音樂節」周六(21日)活動:市集、展覽、音樂表演等延期舉行，而周日(22日)活動如期舉辦。大墩文化中心宣布，9月21日（週六）「創意藝術市集」因(天兔)颱風因素延期。衛生局也宣布，該局與臺中市大台中牙醫師公會原訂二十一日在谷關牌坊下舉辦「需要在哪，醫療就送到哪裡」谷關牙醫醫療站開幕活動也取消。
