IMF支持Fed延後QE退場

國際貨幣基金（IMF）總經理拉加德支持美國聯準會（Fed）本月暫不縮減買債規模的決定，並呼籲美國朝野化解預算僵局，別在「經濟開始復甦時踩煞車」。

拉加德表示，Fed採取的途徑符合IMF的建議，也就是Fed應緩慢地逐步縮減量化寬鬆（QE）規模，也該根據擁有明確指標與準則的數據縮減QE，並和外界清楚溝通。

拉加德也說，美國今年經濟成長率料將不到2%，低於IMF期望見到的水準，而美國大幅縮減預算，是今年成長疲軟的主因；IMF估計，全面減支措施使美國經濟成長率少掉1.25%到1.75個百分點。拉加德過去幾個月來強烈批評美國3月開始的全面減支措施。

她說，美國國會對預算及提高舉債上限的爭論，可能引發動盪，愈早化解這個僵局，對市場和實質經濟都愈好。

拉加德也說，儘管全球經濟出現復甦跡象，成長仍受抑制。IMF訂10月8日公布全球經濟展望報告。
