店名：30年老店檸檬愛玉 消費日期：2011/9 地址：宜蘭市中山路三段156號 營業時間： 10:00 ～ 22:00 電話：(03) 9356-698 --- http://anrine910070.pixnet.net/blog/post/161594945 --- 天氣一熱就想來點涼的，路過這裡第一個想到的就是這家檸檬愛玉。 過往每次造訪總是會碰到幾位顧客，沒想到這天已經誇張到一長串隊伍。 大概是堅持不用人工化合愛玉，手工搓揉的經營理念，與樸實的味道吸引著顧客吧。 小小的攤位賣的東西很簡單，就是1號與2號兩種飲品。 但若你想來點創意的喝法，其實也OK， 就像我們這次，突發奇想的要求1號檸檬愛玉加多多， 老闆娘只說這樣喝的人不多，但還是讓我們試了XD 檸檬愛玉加多多。 這裡的多多不是養樂多有點可惜，大概是成本比較高吧。 不加冰塊這點很和我意，不喜歡冰塊融化後，飲料被沖淡的感覺。 加了多多的檸檬愛玉一小時內要趕快喝完， 不然會變得像豆花一樣，這是老闆娘對我們的提醒。 我們十五分鐘左右就喝完了，所以沒能感覺飲品顯著的變化， 只覺得愛玉口感稍微變得澀澀的。 檸檬愛玉加多多後，現榨檸檬的清新感降低了， 甜度有點過高，整體而言還是原始風味比較好。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.136.42 ※ iioouu:轉錄至看板 I-Lan 09/20 21:57 ※ iioouu:轉錄至看板 Drink 09/20 21:57
