放不放颱風假，已成為地方首長政治學必修課程之一，台南市長賴清德今(20)日晚間表示，強颱天兔預測風力達9至10級，台南市已達停班停課標準，台南市政府於晚間9時宣布明(21)日全市停止上班上課。

放不放颱風假，已成為地方首長政治學必修課程之一，台南市長賴清德今(20)日晚間表示，強颱天兔預測風力達9至10級，台南市已達停班停課標準，台南市政府於晚間9時宣布明(21)日全市停止上班上課。
賴清德說，依氣象局預測，天兔颱風暴風圈將於明日清晨3-4時觸及台南市，呼籲所有市民，雖值中秋連假，仍請審慎戒備，一起做好防颱準備。
賴清德說，尤其海邊風浪隨著颱風靠近，浪高加大，近海漁船應入港避風雨，請民眾勿前往海邊遊玩。
