Q1：為何要推動勞退新制自選制？

A：主要是鼓勵勞工積極參與勞退制度，增加勞工在勞退新制下的自願提繳比率，在稅賦優惠下，鼓勵勞工退休儲蓄。

Q2：勞退新制自選制和目前的制度有何不同？

A：目前是以單一基金由勞退監理委員會管理，如果投資收益低於兩年期定存，由國庫補貼其差額。

未來除了原本由政府管理的基金外，將增加基金及年金自選平台，由勞工依風險屬性與年齡等配置，自行選擇，但不保證投資收益。

Q3：勞退新制自選平台有什麼類別的商品？

A：依初步規劃，基金可分為積極型基金、穩健型基金、保守型基金及目標日期基金；年金則包括保證型與非保證型。

自選產品包括公募基金（含境內及境外基金）、期信基金、保險年金及其他。

Q4：勞退新制自選基金和一般市面上的基金有何不同？

A：自選基金必須是以退休投資為目的，專為勞退新制設計的專屬基金，不開放給一般投資人選購，以此區分專屬基金或專屬受益權單位，享有稅負遞延或資本利得免稅等優惠。
