NHK誹謗判賠 排灣族：不滿意但可接受

日本東京高等法院28日判決日本放送協會（NHK）毀損台灣原住民名譽案，以NHK使用的「人間動物園」是「歧視性用語」，構成「名譽毀損」，判賠屏東縣排灣族婦人高許月妹100萬日圓。多次跨海出庭的前屏東牡丹鄉長華阿財今天說：「不滿意，但還可接受」。

排灣族的華阿財3年多請日本友人跨海提告，他說，NHK在2009年4月5日報導日本殖民台灣歷史的特別節目中，提及1910年台灣原住民曾參加在倫敦舉辦的英日博覽會，NKK曾來台採訪照片中原住民的後代高許月妹，在照片上標註「人間動物園」，也扭曲高許訪談原意；他們起訴NHK「誹謗排灣族全體名譽」、「毀損個人名譽」，地院敗訴，高院判決還給族人公道，讓人欣慰，共有37名排灣族人提告，僅判賠1人，不滿意，但還可接受。
