大家一般都說上下班途中受傷可以視為職災，那小弟想請教一下，假日加班的路途中受傷 是否也能視為職災? 又如果公司加班非報備制，抑或公司不承認有要求員工加班，或未限定加班時間，則員工 假日自家中往公司路途中受傷(注意:是前往，尚未有加班之事實)，如何認定員工是因公 出門，而非私自外出? 以上兩點有請版上先進解惑 -- ▁ ▁ \m/( ′皿`)~Feuer Frei!!
