男持刀欲割頸　 與警僵持中

【李銘宏／新北報導】今天晚間9時許，新北市消防局接獲報案表示，淡水區一名男子持刀架在頸部要自殺，警消趕到現場，見男子情緒激動，已通知警方趕往現場協助中。
