女童遭虐死案 保母一審判13年徒刑

新北市在一年前發生嚴重的虐童案件，一名李姓保母把只有三歲的張小妹妹、以殘酷手段虐待致死，包括用毛巾塞進嘴巴、連牙齒都弄斷了，還用熱水燙小孩的手，甚至不給張小妹飯吃、導致她的體重剩下不到10公斤。檢察官調查後依傷害致死罪名起訴、求刑12年，而地方法院今天一審宣判、法官對保母判處13年有期徒刑，比檢方求刑還要重。 坐在輪椅上，李姓保母哭到癱軟，用衣物緊緊將臉遮住，推著輪椅的是他的老公，兩人神情看來哀傷。2012年底，李姓保母將朋友託付給她照顧的3歲張小妹妹，活活虐死，只要妹妹不聽話，她就拿出衣架毆打，出手之重，打到衣架變形，甚至不給妹妹飯吃，還餵她安非他命，讓3歲的張小妹妹，體重只剩下不到10公斤，幼小的生命在恐懼中劃下句點，泯滅人性的虐待行徑，讓檢方依傷害致死罪，求刑12年，新北地院在審理將近一年後，29號重判李姓保母，有期徒刑13年，他的老公莊姓男子，有期徒刑11個月，比檢方的求刑還要重。法官希望兩人能好好悔過，因為一條來不及長大的生命，就無辜斷送在他們手中。
