民進黨團總召__柯建銘涉及司法關說、自請調查，立法院紀律委員會今天中午展開審查，最後決議，柯建銘關說不成立，因此不予處分。 民進黨團總召柯建銘涉及司法關說自請調查案，立法院紀律委員會29號中午邀請相關人士到場，立法院長王金平、檢察總長黃世銘和前法務部長曾勇夫三人沒有出席，王金平和黃世銘都以書面說明案情，只有高檢署檢察長陳守煌出席，陳守煌嚴正否認關說。 ==高檢署檢察長 陳守煌== 我絕對沒有要承辦的林檢察官不要上訴我跟她提醒 妳調卷來審核判決違背法令妳就上訴 不過，黃世銘在書面報告中，直指陳守煌由於預算壓力，關說檢察官林秀濤不要上訴，陳守煌當場否認。

==民進黨立委 吳宜臻v.s高檢署檢察長 陳守煌== 這三個預算哪一個預算跟你高檢署有關通通沒有關係高檢署既沒有要興建辦公廳舍也沒有做一些營業行為本身沒有壓力的問題沒有預算壓力的問題 最後紀律委員會達成決議，柯建銘關說案不予成立，此案不予處分。柯建銘對此表示尊重。而這次的紀律委員會，民進黨八位委員全部出席，國民黨只有楊瓊瓔到場，簽到後就離開，因此做出決議時，沒有國民黨立委在場。 記者 林欣儀 彭耀祖 林國煌 台北報導
