老師成惡狼　男童遭插肛120次

新北市一名有孌童癖的馮姓國小老師，涉嫌從2011年起到2012年間，一共性侵、猥褻15名年齡介於9～13歲的男童，其中一名被害男童還被插肛120次，平均3天就被性侵一次；全案經高等法院審理後，在今（4）日依加重強制性交罪及加重強制猥褻罪，合併改判馮男有期徒刑23年。全案仍可上訴。

根據了解，這馮男利用擔任國小老師兼基督教會兒童主日學老師機會，分別在國小教室內及教會等地，以手指摳插男童肛門並撫摸下體，變態犯行總計至少達297次，並且假借宗教之名，藉口「行天父之愛」犯案，導致許多男童身心嚴重受創。

全案經高等法院審理後，因認定犯案次數不同，推翻一審有期徒刑29年判決，改依加重強制性交罪及加重強制猥褻罪，合併判處馮男有期徒刑23年。全案仍可上訴。
