爽！　北市也要放產檢假

新北市政會議通過《新北市性別工作平等自治條例》草案，提出首創「產檢假5日」、「陪產檢假2日」及延長「陪產假為7日」等措施。台北市長郝龍斌下午受訪表示，認同這樣的構想，已請勞動局積極研議。

北市勞動局長陳業鑫說，北市已拿到新北的相關草案並進行研議，計畫在本周也會公布北市的方案。但他強調，「陪產檢假」最好的做法還是希望中央能由《性別工作平等法》、《勞動基準法》來制定，因為有的夫妻可能一人在新北上班、一人在台北上班，屆時可能形成「一國兩制」、「制度看得到用不到的情況」。
 
陳業鑫表示，不管中央如何考量，等北市方案出來，仍會召集新北、基隆甚至桃園宜蘭等縣市共同討論，基本上北市樂見這樣的制度。（陳思豪／台北報導）
