外傭遺棄老婦 判7月後逐出境

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中4日電）印尼籍女傭來台擔任看護工，卻趁看護的老婦家人外出之際，將老婦遺棄後逃離，今天被判7個月徒刑，並在執行後驅逐出境。

台中地院判決書指出，印尼籍女傭在民國100年來台在台中擔任看護工，但101年2月間卻趁老婦女兒一家人外出之際，以倒垃圾為由，將老婦帶到廁所遺棄後逃離。

老婦想自行從馬桶上離開，卻不慎摔落在地，造成下背部、右髖部、右膝部挫傷併拉傷、胸椎及腰椎嚴重側彎併壓迫性骨折等傷害，老婦的女兒返家後發現，將老婦送醫並報警。

台中地院法官認為外傭棄老婦不顧，觸犯違背義務遺棄罪，今天判決有期徒刑7個月，並在執行結束後驅逐出境。1030304
