達福爾縱火打劫 恐4萬人流離失所

根據法新社今天(4日)取得的資料，蘇丹達福爾區(Darfur)爆發民兵縱火與掠奪事件，造成將近4萬人流離失所。

國際移民組織(IOM)表示，蘇丹第二大城尼亞拉(Nyala)附近兩處難民營，已收容超過1萬9千人。

聯合國世界糧食計畫署(World Food Programme)3日表示，蘇丹的桑尼亞得萊巴(Saniya Deleiba)難民村有大約2萬位難民，其中多數是婦女和兒童。

IOM駐蘇丹任務主管馬蘭卡(Mario Lito Malanca)表示，卡爾馬(Kalma)難民營有5,473人，而薩拉姆(Al-Salam)難民營則有1萬4,015人。

非洲聯盟達福爾維和部隊(UNAMIO)3日表示，他們接獲報告指出，村落遭焚毀、掠奪，並傳出不少平民傷亡。

然而UNAMIO表示，蘇丹當局不准維和人員進入衝突區。

消息人士指出，「所有跡象」都顯示，過去支持蘇丹政府對抗南柯多方(South Kordofan)叛軍的民兵組織「快援部隊」(Rapid Support Force)可能是此波攻擊的幕後主謀。
