新竹三光幫成員擁槍自重 檢警查獲

新竹地檢署指揮桃園楊梅警方等專案小組，查獲新竹市三光幫陳姓男子等人到案，警方表示陳姓男子涉嫌擁槍自重、暴力討債、組織犯罪等不法犯行，這次專案小組在他的住處查扣各式制式長、短槍及改造槍枝共10把、制式子彈310發等物。（李明朝報導）

楊梅警方表示，到案的三光幫陳姓男子，在新竹地區有「軍火安」名稱，在住家處涉嫌改造各式長短槍枝，再販賣給他人，平日出門，隨身也會攜帶槍枝，專案小組是連日跟監之後，發現陳姓男子準備駕車離開家，前後包夾，再以優勢警力制伏，同時在住處內查扣制式突擊步槍、制式霰彈槍等槍枝，現場儼然像地下軍火庫。

楊梅警方人員表示，陳姓男子涉嫌在數月前，涉及強押毆打並凌虐被害人案件，被害人懼於對方擁槍自重，專案小組經過積極深入調查數月，多次喬裝道路清潔員、晨間運動員，經常埋伏在陳姓男子住家附近，確認藏匿地點後，發動搜索，順利將他及其他共犯逮捕。
