翁倩玉健康凍齡 無懼姐弟戀

（中央社記者徐卉台北4日電）64歲的翁倩玉在日本過著健康生活，凍齡現身今天的發片記者會，目前單身的她無懼姐弟戀，只要對方真心真意就ok。

旅日歌手翁倩玉睽違8年發行國語唱片「好伴侶」雙曲EP，今天特地返台出席發片記者會，不論身材或臉蛋都看不出歲月痕跡。

翁倩玉表示，自己每天仰臥起坐100下，之後再做伸展操，還有天天都吃7分飽，最重要真的不要吃太多，日本有句話「吃8分不用找醫生」，但因為現在食物都太營養，所以吃7分飽剛剛好。

她多年來維持差不多的體重，平均46公斤，忙演唱會就降到45公斤，假如重到48公斤就要控制飲食，非常嚴格，「天天都要站到體重計上，就能控制體重了。」

翁倩玉的國語新歌叫「好伴侶」，而她現在最好的伴侶是8個月大的愛犬Iris，大家好奇不需要「男朋友」當好伴侶嗎？她笑說，有的話當然更好，但要來電才行，如果對方如果是真心真意，她不介意年紀比她小，姐弟戀ok。1030304
