如標題， 其實我清楚自己要的是什麼， 只是怕無法在今年達到這個目標， 同事又都勸我留下， 所以有點動搖QQ 故想問問大家的想法。 先說此間私校高中的環境， 與升學導向的學校截然不同， 學生都不愛念書到很誇張的地步， 上課上得很無力，很沒成就感， 學校行政流動率高， 所以行政效率也有點可怕， 但好處是 1.因為學生不愛念書， 所以寒暑假沒有輔導課， 上一學期的寒假全放。 2.招生靠厲害的老師，沒有懲罰制度，只有獎勵金。 3.4點多就可以下班。 4.大學給薪比照國立，但是碩士會少一些，不過由於我接課多， 　寒假全放實領(62K)，不過在學校真的累QQ。 但不好的地方就是真的很沒有成就感... 所以我打算今年4月就不簽約了， （我是去年研究所畢業後直接考上這間私校正式， 目前擔任老師的經驗未滿一年） 再考正式或先去代理好好念書隔年再戰， 不過由於決心有些動搖，想聽聽大家的建議QQ 是 1.繼續在私校待下，一邊準備公立，等到有把握考上再走。 　（薪資近60k，這學期少一門課） 2.不簽約，斷了後路，考上就考上，不考上就代理。 　（薪資近50k） 謝謝大家:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.100.174
