標題[請益] 台積內轉問題

目前小弟在中科蝕刻設備 因為家庭因素想要轉到南科 目前主管跟hr都已經同意了 現在只差能否找到想進去的部門而且願意收我 想請問若是跳到製程或是廠務有無機會? 因目前課上人力不足，輪班一個月內就有一次大夜 而且一個月有三天要排值班，南科目前會這麼頻繁嗎? 因家中因素，小弟目前比較想去假日值班較少的單位 至多一個月兩天，不知有沒有在南科的前輩可幫忙推薦? 不想要回蝕刻或是黃光設備，其他都願意試試看 希望您能幫個忙!感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.251.177
