海燕重創菲國 台聯繫提供協助

海燕颱風重創菲律賓，外交部發言人高安今天說，外交部正積極與菲律賓及台灣的NGO聯繫，希望整合政府與民間力量協助菲國。

菲律賓中部地區11月8日遭受超級颱風海燕侵襲，災情慘重；中華民國政府基於「人飢己飢、人溺己溺」的人道關懷精神，捐贈20萬美元協助菲國賑災。

高安晚間受訪表示，菲律賓正蒐整相關災損，駐處與菲律賓也保持密切聯繫，以便提供菲律賓最需要的幫助。

她說，除與菲國密切聯繫，外交部也正積極協調國內NGO（非政府組織）與慈善團體，整合政府與民間的力量，協助菲律賓。
