13度算冷？　整天低於8.5度的竹北表示

中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典剛剛在臉書上貼文指，根據過去預報員留下的說法，只要一天氣溫沒高過13℃，大部分的人都會覺得「冷」。不過根據氣象局竹北站觀測，過去24小時氣溫都沒超過8.5℃，寒冷的程度已經遠超過這個冷的標準了。

而根據氣象局的觀測顯示，過去24小時在台中以北地區幾乎都在10℃以下。'（張勵德／台北報導）
