否認教唆虐打！陳巧明堅稱很愛詹生，是性情中人

「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，彰化地方法院連續2天召開準備程序庭，日月明功負責人陳巧明在11日上午出庭，出庭時她對於媒體提問完全不發一語，但在庭上她仍不認罪，堅稱很愛詹姓高中生，否認教唆虐打。

陳巧明一下警備車，面對大批媒體提問，默默快走、不發一語，但在進入法庭前，終於忍不住為自己抱屈，陳巧明說：「相信司法會還我公道，會還我清白，你們會釋懷，人性是本善的。」

法官今天也傳喚另名被告吳仁甫，他否認毆打詹生，只有言語方面的管教，而陳巧明則是全盤否認，更說自己是性情中人，是出於對孩子的關愛，才會動手甩巴掌。

詹姓高中生的姊姊也到庭聆聽，想了解弟弟被關在默園是如何被凌虐，詹姊表示，陳巧明從頭到尾都在撇清責任，且媽媽事後也說自己有被陳巧明打巴掌。
