如果收到e-mail通知說有興趣的話可以安排面試 人資也沒有打電話來約 這種徵才的方式是人資做業績的嗎? 因為印象中如果主管選到的面試者 人資都會很積極的打電話給面試者邀約 很怕又遇到那種主管連面試者是誰都不知道的狀況 或是臨時隨便找個工程師幫你面試 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.179.47
