前內政部次長顏萬進 報到服刑

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭11日電）前內政部次長顏萬進因北投纜車等案被控貪污，經最高法院判處12年6月徒刑定讞後，今天發監宜蘭監獄執行。

顏萬進因在任內辦理北投纜車標案時，涉嫌向業者收取新台幣120萬元，並協助業者取得執照。最高法院在去年11月依違反貪污治罪條例，判處他應執行12年6月徒刑，褫奪公權8年，全案定讞。

由於顏萬進的戶籍設在宜蘭，檢方在受到判決確定卷證後，依規定囑託宜蘭地方法院檢察署代為執行。

理著三分頭的顏萬進，在下午3時依規定時間，手提一只紙袋，神情落寞，準時前往宜蘭地檢署報到，始終不發一語，10多名友人趕來送別。

宜蘭檢方表示，顏萬進報到後，於傍晚搭乘囚車，前往宜蘭監獄服刑。1030211
