教育部將高中課綱中國化，民進黨台南市黨部主委蔡旺詮抨擊馬政府此舉只為迎合奉承中國，遂行其個人政治目的，極為不智，也非社會大眾樂見。

蔡旺詮表示，馬英九執政至今，台灣經濟每下愈況，早已民怨四起，為掩飾執政不力，操作調整高中課綱中國化議題去討好中國，完全不顧台灣人民的利益，馬政府的不智之舉，相信將被全民唾棄。

蔡旺詮說，馬英九不顧民意反對的政策不勝枚舉，如美牛進口、簽訂ECFA、油電漲價、高中課綱中國化等，人民除了氣憤外，要抵制馬英九蠻幹的最佳利器就是手中的選票，2014地方選舉及2016年中央選舉將是最佳時機。
