不滿違規授權　故宮不與得意公司合作

故宮今宣布與合作近15年、幫忙拍攝數位影像的得意傳播科技公司中止合約。故宮1999年與得意傳播科技簽訂《故宮文物數位影像資料庫系統合作契約》，議定故宮提供藏品給得意傳播科技拍攝數位影像，在故宮同意下，得意公司也可製作相關衍生商品，並共享收益。故宮發現，得意公司近年來未依合約提供影像備份，並擅自授權第三方利用故宮數位影像開發商品，收益也未回饋故宮。故宮今表示，已得意中止合約，即日起與得意就相關商品權利協商。

故宮發言人金士先表示，即起市面上得意發行的所有故宮商品皆無故宮授權、與故宮無關，館方也有一份得意發行商品的清單，將逐一與得意協商，釐清所有法律問題。金士先說，對岸的九州出版社發行了一套名為《故宮》的影片，就是由得意傳播授權發行，但未獲故宮同意。 《蘋果》致電得意傳播科技公司，但無法人接聽電話，電話鈴響數聲後即轉入傳真。（生活中心／台北報導）
