高雄黃姓男大生不滿機車被拖吊，竟在前往高市八德拖吊場繳費領取機車時，用手機拍下 在窗口當班的陳姓女收費員照片，再上傳到自己臉書，還加上「幹拎娘機掰FUCK-在八德 拖吊場」等文字。陳女發現後怒控公然侮辱。 高雄地院審理後判黃男拘役25日，得以2萬5千元易科罰金，原本黃男因違規停車，連同拖 吊、保管及乏單只須繳交850元，卻因在網路上對女管理員罵幹，得多付出近30倍的罰金 。（王吟芳／高雄報導) http://goo.gl/Striur ---- 3好+1好 書不知念哪去了.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 113.196.149.216
