視障歌手張玉霞過年期間在淡水老街演唱，吸引不少遊客駐足聆聽，但附近攤商不滿人潮影響生意，竟把張爸爸拉到旁邊理論。經媒體報導後，士林地檢署剪報分案，並在今天傳喚攤商到案說明，最後讓他以新台幣三萬元交保。
