旭軟今天收盤跌破40元並貼息

旭軟電子（3390）今天股價下跌0.05元、0.13%並跌破40元大關，並處於貼息。

旭軟先前股東常會承認每股配發2012年現金股利3.96601464元，創歷年新高，已在7月11日除息，目前仍是唯一貼息的上市櫃軟性印刷電路板（FPC）廠，另外3家F-臻鼎科技（4958）、嘉聯益科技（6153）、台郡科技（6269）均已完成填權息。

旭軟8月營收9,505萬元，比7月減少6.51%，較2012年8月衰退27.01%；前八月營收7.93億元，低於2012年同期0.98%。

旭軟上半年毛利率32.93%，稅後純益1.54億元，每股稅後純益2.52元；稅後純益年增率34.28%，毛利率下滑1.52個百分點。

旭軟第2季稅後純益6,472萬元，比上季及2012年同期各減少27.74%、20.46%，創五季新低，每股稅後純益1.05元。
