王金平保黨權　胡志強呼籲尊重司法

【黃任膺／台中報導】立法院長王金平遭國民黨撤銷黨籍，但他向台北地方法院聲請假處分，台北地院今天下午裁定獲准。於此台中市長胡志強發表看法，他認為應尊重司法，才能減少大家所說的憲政危機。
 
立法院長王金平所提的假處分聲請案獲准的同時，也提出938萬元作為擔保金，而國民黨也預計在下周提出抗告。
 
胡志強表示，大家都應尊重司法，以理性面對才能減少負面效果，並解決大家所講的憲政危機。
