《美國經濟》房貸急升！9月密大消費信心盪新低

路透社/密西根大學公布9月份消費者信心指數創5個月新低，由前月的82.1下滑至76.8，低於彭博社調查預估的82，反映經濟現況不佳。

消費信心調查報告主管指出，房貸利率攀升以及其對房市景氣所造成的衝擊，是扼殺消費者信心的最大元兇。據MarketWatch.com報導，美國30年期固定式房貸利率12日來到4.57%，遠高去年同期的3.55% 。

當月現況分項指數自前月的95.2下滑至91.8點。消費者現況分項指數通常與股市、就業市場具有高度關聯性，也反映出美國民眾對自身財務狀況與是否進行大額採購的看法。

代表消費者對於未來六個月景氣看法的期望指數，自前月的73.75降至67.2；一年期通膨率預估由前月的3%上升至3.2%，5至10年期預期通膨率預期則由2.9%上升至3%。
