請容小弟分享一個經驗 有點像但不一定是你的狀況 在面試前其實就打聽好這家公司價碼了 開價就多開2k 人資也說會少一點點 結果收到錄取通知email時居然比預期的高5k 也就是比我開的高3k !! 結果... 下午就寫另一封信來說寫錯了立馬減了5k回去... 殘念... ※ 引述《totravel (travel)》之銘言： : 之前在面試的時候 : 主管表示我的期望薪資稍微有點高(我是新鮮人) : 可能會有點差距，我的理解是大概會低個兩到四千塊 : 當時也回答OK，沒問題，依公司規定 : 跟更高階的老闆進階面談的時候老闆也說可能沒辦法這麼多 : 但今天人資打電話來通知的時候 : 卻是比我的期望薪資還要高大約二到三千 : (等於是比主管暗示可能給的薪資還要多六七千) : 不知道為什麼會有這樣的情形呢? : 是主管對於薪資情況也不是很清楚，所以有點搞混了嗎? : 有這樣的結果很開心，但也蠻好奇為什麼會這樣 : 當時是主管們在測試我才這樣說嗎? : 謝謝大家! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.144.178
